I’m a geophysicist that specializes in data science and geomagnetics research, with very broad interests and applications. Specifically, I have focused on understanding the assumptions we make about how the geomagnetic field behaved in Earth’s past; reconstructing past supercontinents, and evaluating how computer simulations aid our assessment of the magnetic field.

My travels have taken me all over the globe to some truly remarkable places that include: Namibia, South Africa, Costa Rica, Barbados, Sicily, and Newfoundland.

In my spare time, I enjoy going on adventures with my family, reading, and watching bad science movies.
